Moving Coil Cartridge

The Pick it MC9 delivers music in highest accuracy. A detailed sound stage, highly dynamic and rhythmic are just a few keywords to describe this cartridge. It is optimised for highly dynamic music like Jazz and Classical.

The Pick it MC9 uses a Pro-Ject specific "Special-Elliptical" stylus to capture all details of the groove. The cantilever is cryogenically treated, which realigns the crystal structure and allows a smoother signal transmission. The cross coil is made of Telar 57 pure iron with 6N linear crystal copper winding. It offers an output voltage of 0,35 mV and works best with a tracking force of 1,8 grams/mN.
