In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your product, we’re here for you! Your first port of call is to email support@projectaudio.com.au, preferably with a video or pictures and a concise description of the apparent fault.

Oftentimes, we’ll be able to troubleshoot your issue with you, and diagnose and fix the fault without the product ever leaving your house!

If we do determine that your product requires repair, we’ll send you a shipping label so you can pop down to your local Post Office and send it back to us so that our whiz-bang technicians can fix it for you. Just make sure that the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

Turntables and electronics are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.

Speakers are covered by a 5 year warranty from date of purchase.

Vacuum tubes used within components (such as the Tube Box S2) are covered for 90 days from date of purchase.

If your product falls outside this warranty period, we can advise the best course of action for you.
