Moving Coil CartridgeThis all new Pro-Ject Pick it MC2 cartridge uses an elliptical diamond mounted on aluminium cantilever which brings you a richer tone and more subtle details compared to the Pick it MC1.
With an MC cartridge you benefit from enhanced audio clarity, stereo imaging, and transparency compared to MM cartridges.
The enclosure is made of resonance optimised ABS which results in a total weight of around 5 grams. With its medium compliance it performs perfect with most entry to mid-level turntables.
Searching the best Japanese components in the most critical parts as diamond and cantilever, we have been able to source an excellent affordable motor which we build in our own designed and manufactured resonance free cabinet. After 1,5 years of fine-tuning and many listening and test phases, we are proud to offer now this great affordable MC cartridge.
